شيخي الفاضل: لم أجد من ينصر دين الله الحق في هذه الجزئية من شرع الله في العالم فتوجهت اليك فهل تتفهمها وتعقلها ثم تتكلف ببلاغها للعالمين عني

البيان: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

تشريع سورة الطلاق 5هـ نسخ جل تشريع طلاق سورة البقرة2هـ

المنسوخ كان بقاعدة التلفظ بالطلاق ثم العدة للاستبراء

والناسخ أصبح بقاعدة الاعتداد اولا ثم التطليق بعد نهاية العدة ثم الاشهاد

يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَإِنْ لم تَفْعَلْ فَمَا بَلَّغْتَ رِسَالَتَهُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ (67) قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لَسْتُمْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ حَتَّى تُقِيمُوا التَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَكُفْرًا فَلَا تَأْسَ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ وَرُسُلَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ (25)/سورة الحديد

{ونصر الله بالصدع بكل شريعته الواجبة بكمالها وتمامها بعد ارتفاع الوحي وموت نبيه صلي الله عليه وسلم} قال تعالي/

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدْخِلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ (14) مَنْ كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَنْ لَنْ يَنْصُرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَبٍ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ لْيَقْطَعْ فَلْيَنْظُرْ هَلْ يُذْهِبَنَّ كَيْدُهُ مَا يَغِيظُ (15) /سورة الحج

فقد يحتار فكرك انني وانت في اكبر شغلك في الدفاع عن دين الله الان أنني أوجه نظرك الي كلام فقهي تعرضت لسماع المعارك المحتدمة فيه زمانا طويلا لكني اؤكد لك ان نصرك في الدارين مرهون بدراسته كجزء من كل شريعته واعلائه {بوعد الله الخالد}: { ولينصرن الله من ينصره}

وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى{يعني بعد جريانها للتو فاللام لام بمعني بعد}
-{ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى {اي بعد الجري}/فاطر}

قلت المدون فإذا كانت لام البعد او اللام بمعني بعد تساوي لفظة بعد:

1.فما الداعي لاستخدام القرآن للَّام بمعني بعد؟؟

2.ولماذا لم يقل {فطلقوهن بعد عدتهن؟!!} في تشريع سورة الطلاق

3.قلت لقد دللنا من قبل علي أن خصائص التصور القراني من أهمها الاستخدام البلاغي بأعلي درجاته وحتي يتطابق المعني تماما مع معناه لا يسمح لثقب يمر منه الباطل ولفظ بعد تفيد الظرفية مع امكانية تراخي المظروف

4.بينما لام البعد تحيل ذلك التراخي الي الإمتناع يعني تفيد تحقق الحدث لا اقول في تو انقضائه وحسب بل تواً دونما أي تراخي ولو لثانية من التراخي.. لكن بعد تحمل في ثناياها امكانية التراخي الي اخر معناها فقولنا بعد وصولك تحمل امكانية التراخي للاسترخاء اولا والتريح من عناء المشوار واستراحة الواصل من مشواره يوما او ساعة او يزيد او ينقص لكن لام البعد تفيد تحقق الحدث توا بلا اي تراخي{والحدث المقرون بلام البعد هو إما الامساك او الطلاق{التفريق بلفظ دال علي الطلاق} توا توا دون تراخي} لان الله تعالي من منتهي عدله وقسطه ان لا يظلم المرأة ولو بجزء من التراخي فحقها ان لا تنتظر الا عدة تامة دون زيادة عليها ولو دقيقة من ساعة

لقد قدمت بهذا التقديم كما ابتدأ الله بمعناه تلفظا الاهيا في اول اية من سورة الطلاق5هـ ولعلك تسأل وتقول لقد سبق ذلك في سورة البقرة 2هـ واقول لك بكل يقين ان الله بدل تشريع سورة البقرة2هـ بتشريع سورة الطلاق5هـ وتتابعت التعاليات لهذا التبديل كما ستراه في الروابط التالية /

وجب عليَّ النصح لك بالاتي
1.ضرورة الابلاغ المبين بعد البحث العميق في مواد الاسلام التكليفية لانك علي منبر الدعوة والبلاغ للشريعة الحق وهي الميراث الاهم للنبوة الاولي

2.هذا الوجوب مبسوط في ضمانات السلامة الفقهية القائمة علي الاصول والمسلمات الزمنية واللغوية والنصية

3. اما المسلمات الزمنية {التاريخية وعناصرها من التنزيلات الشرعية بين السابق واللاحق والمنسوخ والناسح والتدرج في التنزيل ثم مرحلة الحسم والدورة قابلة للتكرار ما دامت شروط تكرارها قائمة } وتدخل في هذه الدوائر تشريعات القبلة والخمر والطلاق والوصية وعدد من الشريعات القرانية والنبوية التي نزلت ثم تجدَّرت او تأخرت او مُحيت ونسخت وان بقي رسمها في القران

= فالخمر سار في هذه الدروب بين الاباحة اولا ثم التحريم اخرا

= وكذلك القبلة سارت في مسار الاباحة لبيت المقدس ثم التحريم القاطع لبيت المقدس بانها توجهت للبيت الحرام والخلاصة انني أزعم ان طلاق سورة البقرة قد تنزل ابان العامين الأول والثاني من الهجرة{1 و2 هـ} وقد نسخه طلاق سورة الطلاق المنزلة في العام{5هـ} الخامس من الهجرة وصار له تعاليات سأعرضها في روابط افتحها سيادتك وانظر ماذا قال الله ورسوله فيها وقد راسلت الازهر الشريف ولم اتلقي اي رد الي الان وما يهمني أن هذا شرع منزل أغفله الخلف عن السلف الا جيل النبوة والصحابة وقد استثني الله الباري من النسخ ما سكت الله الجبار عنه{ مبين في صفحات الروابط} وقد اعلنت علي العالمين حجة الله في تشريعه إذْ أهملة العالمين بعد جيل النبوة والخلافات الراشدة ارجو الاطلاع علي جزئيات التشرع المهمل بتمعن لأن الله قد توعد العتاة المعرضين عن هذا التشريع بالذات فقال في نفس سورة الطلاق[ وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ عَتَتْ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهَا وَرُسُلِهِ فَحَاسَبْنَاهَا حِسَابًا شَدِيدًا وَعَذَّبْنَاهَا عَذَابًا نُكْرًا (8) فَذَاقَتْ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهَا وَكَانَ عَاقِبَةُ أَمْرِهَا خُسْرًا (9) أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ يَا أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَدْ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ذِكْرًا (10) رَسُولًا يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ مُبَيِّنَاتٍ لِيُخْرِجَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَمَنْ يُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ وَيَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا قَدْ أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ لَهُ رِزْقًا (11) اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَمِنَ الْأَرْضِ مِثْلَهُنَّ يَتَنَزَّلُ الْأَمْرُ بَيْنَهُنَّ لِتَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا (12)/سورة الطاق ] والنصف الاخر من السورة يتمحور حول 1.بيان ان الله انزل تشريعا جديدا في سورة الطلاق 5هـ عن سابقه المنزل قبلا في سورة البقرة 2هـ 2.ضمنه سورة الطلاق اللاحقة في العام أي في العام 5 هـ 3.وتوعد من يعتو عن امر ربه بالعذاب الشديد 4.والامر باتباع المنزل بعلمه اقرأ في الأصل المربط بالروابط
